Need Stealth Trailer Hitch
For you guys that TOW your tires and track equipment to the track WITH your Camaro, what exactly are you using for a trailer hitch??? I want one of those STEALTH hitches that you CANT see when not in use. I remember about a year ago looking at one company that specializes in them but I cant find the info now for some reason. With the amount of fuel I am having to carry to the track, I would much rather keep all that in the trailer instead of carrying it with me in jugs in the car.
THANKS!!!

Damn, that pricetag though and it doesn't even include shipping
Looks worlds better then the draw tite or curt ones but almost 5X the price

Yeah, that's the only one I know of that is "stealth." And you've discovered why I just sucked it up and got the Draw-Tite. The other advantage of the Draw-Tite hitch compared to the Leroy or the Curt is that it is rated to use with a cargo carrier up to 200lbs without "stabilizing straps." The other two can only be used with trailers.

I have a Curt hitch, you do have to cut a small portion of the diffuser but its very minor. You can see the hitch a little bit but its not a big deal to me. Ive had it for a few years and its worked well.

I was the test car for Leroy and I can't recommend them highly enough.
Incredible workmanship and really great people to work with.

I tow a Leroy Engineering Grid 335 and can't say enough good things about it. The only downside is that they've become stupid expensive new and their pricing has been moving upward pretty quickly. What I was about to buy new in fall of 2019 has doubled in price from about $3k then to about $6k now. Just before I ordered, a friend decided to sell his. The new ones have automotive bearings and use car sized wheels and radial tires and the tongue is removable which can make for easier storage. Another friend with a Camaro pulls a custom built utility trailer that's been owned (or been on long-term borrow) by half a dozen friends over hte past 15 years that can take two sets of wheels and a little more junk (by volume) than I can. That trailer can probably be duplicated for $2k or less and is probably what I'd do if I couldn't find a used Leroy for similar money.

As the season is about to get going for a lot of people, maybe someone's plans will change and put one up for sale. Good luck!
