Is there a process of the build that sends the car to Canada? My e-mail update says the car is currently located at the plant in Canada. With no ETA on delivery to dealer. Just by viewing a map, maybe part of the shipping process goes that way to New York to deliver to my dealer?

Thru Canada is the shortest route to the East..

She was, indeed, delivered this morning. Already did all of the paperwork a couple of days ago, so I just had to drop off my old truck and take her away!

So is this the last we'll hear from MightyBobo, who's risen from the lower ranks to be one of the most active posters on the forum... I'm suspecting not, you've just been warming up and we'll hear even more now you actually have the car

Hahaha, no, you won't be rid of me so easily.

I like living vicariously through others, and there are plenty in this thread alone I intend to keep my eyes on. Lots of excited people with cars on the way soon!

Nice looking ride MightyBobo . Still waiting on mine . I did find "my car" in a dealership in MI. My local dealer is trying to see if they will do a swap but they haven't responded yet. If the MI deal doesn't respond or doesn't want to do a swap I will call them myself and see if they will sell to an out of state person. I'll then have the car shipped here.

I highly, highly doubt they'll be willing to swap (unless your local dealer has something good to trade, of course). I'd be going after that directly, myself.
