I also have these on my SS and so far am happy. Works way better when roads are wet than the run flats. COSTCO had them on sale a while back so that made the decision easy for me. |

I used to live in PA. My preference in the OP's situation would be for all seasons. That way you are not obligated to swap the wheels if you get a mild winter. And, Bob RS, it sounds like you are occasionally trying to drive the summer run flats in freezing temps. I would recommend you stop doing that. Anyone who is smart enough to have a set of Blizzaks should not be risking his butt trying to drive his Camaro on ice skates, which is how those summer tires grip in winter. |

Remember with the DWS6 there's a new "+" version that is on the market that touts a new compound and snow improvement.
I agree too with the Comp2 A/S from BFG, great tire I ran on a Mustang and then the Camaro. |

That is the reason why I purchased the blizzak winter tires there was no way I was going to drive my camaro in the winter time with run flats. I was checking around on tire prices in the michelin's are pretty expensive and believe it or not the cheapest price for the extremecontract dws 06 plus where I live is NTB at $220 per tire not Walmart, Sam's club, Discount Tire, Costco NTB has the cheapest price.
