While I still have my order in I did the search thing and found 2 relatively close. Contacted a dealer for my first choice of the two and currently am waiting for the truck to arrive. Dealer says end of this week.

Exactly what i i did. I called Joe and he was quite honest relative to ordering( i had done that in the past with Becky)so i i built one and started looking on the GM inventory list. Just about every dealer in CA was 3-5k over MSRP, then i found one at a dealer that was across the street from my buddy's Honda store that he owns.. He made a call to the GM of the Chevy store and i was able to get it for window plus the conquest rebate so a moral victory. I don't blame the dealers for holding gross, they have literally zero inventory and no one is forcing buyers to pay up. When a couple of the other dealers called me back i told them i had found one in transit they both tried to lower their ask to get the sale so point is keep trying and deals can be had.

I'm in the same boat and did the exact same thing. Waiting on the car to arrive at the dealership.

Morning all, just wondering if there's any update on 3lt and v6 constraints saw one for a couple weeks ago looking better than zero so hoping it getting better on availability

LOL! I doubt we are talking to the same dealership. I put down a deposit on an "In Transit" vehicle on January 14. The car has been in transit that long.

I still don't have an allocation on my initial order which was placed in early December.

I did this and everyone I called on was sold or wanted $10k over MSRP...
ZL1 1LE is hard to come by right now... I'll just continue the wait.

The website claims that they have a $2500 dealer markup, but when I spoke with the salesman, he said that they're not marking it up, if salesmen can be trusted to their word....

Keep looking. I ended up with a car with more options than I really needed or wanted but I am getting a car now. Worth it to me!
