Here are a few photos of a 22 Vivid Orange LT1 that was going through PDI when I was picking up my Rapid Blue. I found in person it had alot more metallic flake in it than comes through in the online photos✔️

Nicely done! I was pondering doing something similar (to get wider rear tires).

Id love a set of 1LE takeoffs, but not sure I want to go that deep $ :-)

One of our members had a set for sale. I almost bought his but found a set on ebay while he and I were going back and forth on price. Price wise its cost effect since this wheel is really pretty nice looking compared to some of GMs wheels. I'll just hold on to the other set of 8.5s and the run flats in case I change my mind at some point and make another change.

Thanks for all of the input. Good to see the Vivid Orange picture in the sun and the one with the metal flakes in it. The LT1 looks great in White as well. Gives me more to think about. One person asked if I was gonna trade my 98 SS 1le and I may just keep it. Every car guy I know tells me to keep it. Hagertys values it around 30k due to rarity and condition. As far as the 2022 my spec is either Blue or the Orange with medium ash interior and no sunroof. That would put the MSRP around $37,400 which meets my budget for a weekend or mountain trip vehicle. My dealer has allocations and will sell at MSRP which I am not used to with GM. So many incentives have gone away and I always got around 20% to 30% off on previous purchases. Anybody know the widest rear tire that we can use on the stock LT1 rear wheels?

On my end, no issues with the Range module or getting diagnostic alerts (all normal)
