First Camaro, love it, 2022 1SS. Going with the "track break in" 500 miles so haven't had too much fun yet but I was just wondering.... how long will the Pilot Sport All Season 4s last? They're shown as 540 tread wear which is far higher than most tires I've seen people run? I drive aggressively but no burn outs.



Is it unreasonable to expect 20-30k miles out of these? They grip awesome. It's been 20F in Michigan and while you can feel the spin at 35mph they basically grab and go at anything 40mph+. Can't recommend them enough, just have to see how they wear now!

I had them literally 10+ years ago on a nissan maxima. I don't know how much they've changed but I got 40K plus out of them. These are not grippy tires in any serious sense, but good overall tire. I drove through new england winters with them and could get around in inches of snow. Their versatility is what's best about them

The Pilot Sport AS4 has been out for 1 year, maybe 2 at max.

Expect 20k out of most all seasons in normal driving, especially not being able to rotate.

It's the 4th iteration of basically the same tire. I had them when they were just the All Seasons.

While it is true that it is the 4th iteration. The tires have evolved significantly. I had AS 3+ that were pretty grippy to the point where they would compete side by side or better than other summer only tires i had in the past.

To the OPs question, i think you can expect 30k-40k miles depending on how aggressive you are. At least rotate side to side

I had both the 3 and 4+ and got around 4k miles on the rears with my 2013 C6. But i was WOT at every light it just about.

Are you using a spare donut tire in the trunk just in case?

I am debating if i should get these tires or another set of run flats?

Subset of the question is you run them in a staggered setup the warranted or stated mileage is cut in half by the manufacturer; rotation.

I have run these for the last 2 years. I drive my car everyday back and forth to work etc.

I get a year out of the rears and 2 years out of a set of front tires. So about 12K for the rears and about 24K out of a set of fronts. I don't baby the car by any means. As they say your mileage may vary..... I have a 1SS manual so it sees RPMS every time i drive.
