Less than 600 miles and spot on the driveway.
Took out my Z earlier today and saw this in the garage floor. Looks like a combination of soot and condensation. Reckon anyone else experience this?

I just had to drop my camaro off for warranty today for an exhaust leak on the drivers side head/ exhasut manifold. It caked the entire plug and wire in soot along with the neighbor cylinders maybe you have a similar situation.

If it's under the exhaust, it looks like it may come from the holes where the muffler drains excess moisture and takes soot with it. If so it's normal. Check the bottom of muffler, you'll see the holes.

Normal.
The weep holes in the bottom of the suitcase muffler will drip black carbonaceous condensate. |

Ya I agree it's exhaust and "normal", weep holes exist for a reason...unfortunately.

I'll add to the list that says it's perfectly normal. You'll see it most when you haven't driven the car for awhile.

Normal. I have it too, our cars are tuned rich from the factory to protect the Cats. It's exhaust dribble. You are fine.

My ZL1 does it too so like the above replies say it’s normal and nothing to worry about.

I would say it's normal only if it's coming from under the suitcase muffler, which has two holes to let excess moisture/condensate out. If it's from elsewhere under the car, then it is not normal.
When I wash my exhaust tips some water gets in the mufflers and it drains out somewhat through those holes.

This will be the source of your soot and condensation. As mentioned, if this is from the muffler area, it’s not weird and it is normal.

I sanded and sprayed some 303 anti-corrosion stuff around those holes, I assume muffler is made of aluminum or stainless or at least coated, but there was some light corrosion there from the water draining
