2016 SS Dead Radio and AC Controls
Hi. I've got a 2016 SS with a dead radio and ac controls sort of. The radio screen is all black absolutely nothing comes up. The ac controls don't have any lights that come on either. The ac works but there's no power to the buttons. I ran a scan and got a code U0028 MOST Bus. I already disconnected the battery and also tried removing the fuse. No joy.

The answer is in the codes set. U0028 tells us that a MOST communication error is occurring. It can be a ring break, short to power or ground or a data line or a internal module fault. A lot of possibilities….
