Continental DWS06-Plus - Excellent Tires!

Just put a set of Continental DWS06 Plus tires on my 2017 Camaro 2SS. Excellent tires! Rides better, much less road noise, plenty of grip.

And we got about 1/2 inch of snow overnight which made the roads a slippery, icy mess for this morning. Tires did great. I never would have made it to work on the stock Goodyears.

Got a set on order as well, however the 285/30s are on back order.

Good to hear. Mine arrive today - took a few weeks to get a hold of the 285/30/20 fronts. What sizes did you get, and did you end up relocating the wiring harness? My rears will be 305/30/20 - I wasn't planning to relocate it, but I saw a few people mentioned issues (with different tires).

I installed the set on my non-1LE wheels so sizes are 245-40/20 front and 275-35/20 for the rear.

I have PS4's on my 1LE wheels for spring/summer/fall.

I did relocate the wiring harness to avoid any potential problems. It's worth doing it.

I've had several sets of DWS's on a few cars over the years and I love 'em. Not pricey and handle well in all weather.

Yea! I remember that joyous feeling of saying goodbye to my run-flats!
Congrats.

Thanks for your review.
Curious if they took a lot of weights to balance?

It does look like there was a higher amount of weighs needed for balance.

But I drove over 2000 miles on a trip just a week after install and there has been no vibration at all.

Update. So we got about 2 inches of snow where I am at in Kentucky. I took my car out and found a large parking lot that was uncleared. I weaves around back and forth and the tires grip very well. Sure you can break them loose by goosing the throttle but normal driving, these tire have plenty of grip in the cold and in snow.
