I owe an apology

Had a rough 10 months. Last spring I offered a used stock cam and stock air intake from my 18 ZL1. I received a reply and I asked my wife to send it. No charge and no money. I was sending it free. Well cleaning out my garage I found it on top in the storage area. If you are that person please send me your address. (My wife lied and didn’t send it) so If you could email your address and I will send it overnight. This gentleman lives in California. My sincere apology as I did not deliver. Boomtownj41@yahoo.com

Its always great to see people making wrongs right ! I know from experience. Years ago I sent someone free hayabusa pistons, the only problem was I sent out my old GSXR 1100 pistons by mistake, 2 years go by and I find and measure some hayabusa pistons in my closet, I contacted the guy/ which he never checked the old one's, I guess he just put them in storage. I sent him the correct ones, and told him to keep the other set.

For those keeping score at home, ghosted again? No tracking number, no overnight delivery. The last contact was a week ago today. It seems that he could have found me via his Private Messages rather than posting this publicly and then not following thru again.

This became the number one reason that I all but completely quit even trying buying and selling on forums. I've thrown some things away simply because the hassle ain't worth whatever dollars could have been there.

He PM'd me on 11/11 stating that he would send ASAP and that he would send me the tracking by tomorrow evening or Saturday morning. Here it is Thursday and I have nothing.

Why even bother coming here to post then.

I have a stock one but as many times as I swap cars they are nice to keep around to sell the Roto-Fab ones.

It seemed as if there was a genuine effort to right a wrong which unfortunately turned into compounding the wrong.
