I won't lie, I got a little worried about the off chance that the same would have happened to me because my particular Camaro had 100%+ more viewership on the dealer site than the other 10 or so Camaros, including SS and ZL1 models. I had this gut wrenching feeling that someone was going to put an offer in over asking price when the view count just kept going up every single day, by the time it arrive it was near 120 views. My salesperson however turned out to be one of the good ones and kept up their end of the bargain.

Not sure the legal ground the dealer has to stand on in the above situation? I have an email with the actual scanned pre order with pricing attached etc. I guess if they tried that with me I’d hit ‘em with an attorney notice of some sort AND the threat of blasting it all over social media(twitter etc. ) I guess now days social media can be used for good too ��.
I’ve got vehicles from this dealer before and they didn’t have anyone wanting a Camaro period so I think I’m good…

Morning Joe! Would you mind checking on ZVXZR5 for me again please? My estimated arrival time was down to 11/13 now it’s bumped up to 11/22. Curious what happened. Could it be it getting pulled somewhere else for the stripes to be put on maybe?

I’ve got vehicles from this dealer before and they didn’t have anyone wanting a Camaro period so I think I’m good…

If nothing was signed by customer and no money is on deposit then not much you can do as there is no legal paper trail. Thats why a dealer might order a vehicle and not require a deposit.

Well I got multiple stripes, on the window sticker it says the spider stripes are dealer installed but the center stripe doesn’t say it is.
