LMAO about the commercial. Perfect timing. Yes the lift is free floating, it actually came with casters. Im able to lower the lift with the casters on and it lifts it a few inches off the floor and Im able to move the whole lift around even with the car on it. Actually moves a little too easy when its mobile, better to have 2 people to control it. When its off the casters and flat on the ground its very stable, I have it on rubber matts because the floors are a little slick and it doesn't move at all. I liked the idea of being able to change the garage around when ever I want and I'm able to stick the lift way into the corner when a hurricane is in the forecast so I can load the garage with all the cars.

Awesome set up you have there…I had zero idea there was a such thing as a free floating lift that could be moved around (very cool). Do you happen to know the minimum clearance (height)? This may be a better option cost and space wise on my next house.

Note self… look into this

Thanks, they come in several sizes depending on your ceiling height. My ceilings are about 13 feet in the garage so it’s pretty high. If I put the car all the way up I can’t reach it. It can actually go up one more position in the picture which is about another 6 inches. I’ve had it for about 6 years now and it’s been great.

I bought it from Fast Equipment in Ft Myers Fl. They shipped it and put it in the garage. It’s not the best one in the market but I highly recommend.

Installed ebay knock-off eos side skirts.
box wedges are just a little extra support while the double sided tape took hold. I used screws on the underside.

You can not get a GM Ground Effects kit right now. I checked and asked my local dealer. They are no where to be found.

Wildhammer shows inventory of GM Splitter and Side Skirts.

I bought the Skirts that I sold from them and they were great

Hmmm... I wonder if those are a little different? When I look at the GM Accessory site I see different part numbers and the parts seem to physically look different.
