GM has not announced so it’s all speculation

I had a 2019 1LE and traded it for my new truck. But I have to have another. So trying to figure out when I have to order to have one guaranteed. Retiring soon also, so just trying to plan.

I would say order one as soon as you can when GM announcement that the Camaro production ends.

NASCAR uses the Camaro and there has been no testing any other GM model. Normally it takes 3-4 years to develop a car and as far as I know you still have to use an active production model. If GM announces a model change in NASCAR then become worried. They also just spent major coin on developing the Car Of Tomorrow with the Camaro and will debuting next year in NASCAR.

You mean the Camaro cue'd fibreglass shell that is bolted to the gm version of the NASCAR tube chassis?

The NASCAR has nothing in common with the street car aside from the name. Why couldn't GM continue the NASCAR without continuing the street car?

I guess they could use the Chevy Volt after the Camaro since they are already talking having hybrids in NASCAR racing series.

So you’re saying GM actually does spend money to market the Camaro 😉

Yeah actually. Which is why it was so easy for them to go from Taurus, to Fusion, to Mustang. You're likely to see a Blazer or maybe even an awkwardly prepositioned Corvette representing Chevy in Nascar. Especially seeing as even Malibu won't be an option after next year.

There's no reason it has to be a Chevrolet at all - if GM even wants to continue in NASCAR after the Camaro's demise, they could easily go with CT4 or CT5 decals and slap a Caddy badge on the engine. It doesn't even have to be a 2-door production car, the Camry certainly isn't.
