I'm 5'10" and I can wear a helmet but the seat is all the way on the floor.

6'6" and hell yes the sunroof eats up space. I'd say 1-2".

I'm getting rid of my car for a 1LE to get more headroom. There two tracks I go to where we hit jumps at the right speed and go airborne. I'm not trying to break my neck every time lol

Absolutely does. At 6'5", not having a sunroof was a requirement.
Sunroof had my head rubbing the roof. Without, no problem at all. I'd say 2-3" difference. |

I love the reverse mohawk roofline enough not to have ordered a sunroof, but the consensus from many who tested both choices is that it takes up about 2 inches of headroom.

I love having a sunroof but after my buddy pointed out how I’d lose the reverse hawk I just couldn’t do it! Had to go with the slick top.

I think if you look you will find headroom data for with and without a sunroof.
About an inch if memory serves.

I'm 6'2", more torso than legs, and in a sunroof car I was almost touching the roof (maybe an inch room). Hard top I have tons of room.
