Finally 11 Months Later Start UP

Finally 11 Months Later Start UP of Engine

Its been a long haul and many changes and many revisions in the build and especially the nitrous part of the build. Just got the car out of the shop this week on a base tune, need to put 1,000 miles on forged engine and at least 800 cycles of stop and go on Spec P-trim clutch. Plus the builder does not want me to go over 3,000 RPM. Car sounds amazing, clutch grabs like a horny girl grabbing your nuts hard. The plan is to do a NA dyno on the 29 October and set up the tune. This part of the build is stage one, next build part is the g-force half shafts, one piece drive shaft, LT4 injectors, weapon X high and low side E85 kit which will be done over the winter. Stage 2 is when we will tune for e85. The third and finally stage 3 is in the spring when the pro charger goes on.

Stage one:
TSP EL7 Cam, diamond pistons, manley rods, bearings, ATI super damper
Katech Heads ported in and out plus hand porting with brass valve job
Smith Brothers kit for rockers/ dual TSP springs 660/ BTR push rods/LS7 Lifters/LT2 Manifold/ NOS system 200 shot direct injection built by NX Express/ Stand alone fuel system/TSP Headers 1-7/8 / Spec P trim clutch/ custom intake/line lock/ LNC 2014 lingenfelter/95 mm TB/160 degree Thermostat/ NOS gauges. Probably forgetting something.

Video will be up after dyno on the 29 October.

Sounds like quite the build , what’s the rest of the exhaust ? I saw the tsp headers. What kinda hp numbers are you looking/hoping for? Looking forward to the video

All cats are off, possibly some free flows at a later date. Custom 3 inch exhaust with suit case stock muffler gone. Threw some flowmaster 410's on.

Number wise, we will see at the end of the month. E85 will provide more power, the NOS & pro-charger will make up the big HP gains. The cam is for that sweet sound. Numbers are just numbers on a dyno they are all different its a tuning tool that's all. More interested in tuning it just right to rocket off the line with some traction that makes it hook.
