Minor mods

I tried searching for this topic, but couldnt really find anything. I am looking to install underdrive pulley, gates supercharger belt, 160 katech T-stat, and dyno tune. Car already has regular ROTOFAB. Anyone run these mods and have any experience or before and after numbers? 2021 Zl1 A10

I do, just not familiar with using it. The car isnt my daily. I drive it on the weekend and if the weather is bad, it may sit for more than a week. Is there any issues with the E85 sitting in the tank? It wont sit for more than 2 weeks, just dont have experience with E

If you want the full benefit of the expense of adding the pulley, I suggest you add LTs as well. Pushing more air in faster means pumping out the exhaust gases more efficiently as well.

Yeah, true that. I just need to bite the bullet and do it right all at the same time. I wanted to stay on pump gas, but everyone says go E. IDK

You don't have to go E right away, a pulley and some LTs will net you some pretty decent gains.

Flex fuel sensor is $300 and a set of TSP headers are around $600. With the pulley change - you will need the headers. Flex fuel sensor, run e, why not?

I would also do an upgraded heat exchanger if you are going to pulley it.

You'll get more bang for the buck with a flex sensor, flex tune, and E85 with the stock pulley. If you don't want to bother with E85, carry on.

Underdrive pulley and 160 T-stat are not good mods unless you are intending your car to be 90% track or track only.

Gates supercharger belt is not a bad idea.

As others have said, adding a Flex fuel sensor, headers, and a tune would be easy mods that will get you a good amount of power.

I added an E85/Flex fuel sensor to my 2017 SS and had it dyno tuned. Stock the car was 387 HP to the wheels. After E85 and the tune, it was 441 HP to the wheels. And the only other mod was a Rotofab.
