i bet GM is going to change the part number and put a vin restriction on them.

I saw that review as well, I don't have any pics of them currently but I will shoot some tonight so you can see. I don't have any problem with how bright mine are. They use CREE LED's one of the largest LED suppliers in the world. I can guarantee if you set mine next to another you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference in the lights.

Thank you! If the fit is good and the quality is good, I don’t see why I should spend twice the amount for OEM lights.

Part numbers change frequently indeed, but why the VIN restriction? This isn't a safety risk and the part is fully interchangeable with the red taillamp.

Interested in seeing a comparison of how bright these aftermarket ones are to the OE version.

Mostly night time for me. Daytime not as big of a deal. Just don’t want tail lights that are too dim to see well at night.

vin restrictions is for parts gm doesnt want to make a bunch off.

They are definitely not dim at night, I will post some pics later this evening for better reference. I can see them clearly and currently my car is filthy from being a DD and the consistent on off rain weekly in Nov down here.
