Are you saying it would be a 11k loss to make the jump? Regardless, only you can decide of its worth it, since we all have different wants, needs, goals, budgets, etc...

The car is nothing short of an amazing performance value. You will love most the low end torque that is almost nonexistent on your V6. There is also no traction in 1st gear, extreme feathering is required for minimal spin. The 245 all season factory run flats are garbage. |

Go for the LT1. Don’t think you will be disappointed!

I did numbers at current fuel prices and came up with 3k a yr.for v6 ,5k yr for v8. If I had money to burn I would do it. Still thinking about it.

This moment in time could be your last chance to daily drive a V8 manual. If the cost of gas isn't a strain, DO IT! I do.

If I put 24k yr on a car, would be driving a Mazda 3 or something.

I have not done the math, but bang for the buck is what a v8 Camaro is all about, I had a 6th gen v6 manual car, put 10k miles on it and loved it. I have a 2021 LT1 now with 8k miles on it and there is no comparison, I could never go back to a V6 and hell I could be dead tomorrow. For a few grand a year to feed it, hell yeah, no other way to go.
