Will do. I'm around 16.6 psi to 17psi peak. My heads are done by LME also.

So I’ve put some hard 60-130 pulls on these new cats in past few days. So far so good. Only time will tell.

Still holding up. Usually by now I would see some type of failure with the old cats.

Long term solution if these don't hold is ripping the cats out and dealing with it. These LT4's sound like shit with headers and no cats though. On a positive note, the older gen 1's never lasted even 1 month. These so far have looked fine.

I think if your making 650-700 max I think the original Gen 1's might be safe BUT and this is a BUT the tune would need to be perfect and boost cant be crazy high or they'll def not last.

I think you hit the nail on the head. I have been running Kooks high flow cats for 15k miles without issue. I haven't dynoed my car, but based on several, virtually identical builds that Ted Jannetty has done, I'm just under 700 whp on 93 and 725ish on e60. I'm really surprised that my cats are still alive. I have done at least a dozen track days on fast tracks.
