Is jack Cooper only used to transport to like a rail yard? Would they be used if the dealer is just 2 hrs away?

Currently waiting on a ZLE to be delivered to Windsor, ON (only a couple hours from LGR).
It's been bayed since August 4th. Hoping its just waiting for a full truck load and not some other issue.

For some reason the image stopped working, fixed now.
Vehicle Status is also "picked" and event code is 4B00 (as of Friday last week). |
