I ordered a 2SS 1le with a manual trans. The car was built on 8-11, but it looks like it could take up to 3-4 weeks before I get it!

Was that the TPW date they gave you or did it run over...? I was told that shipping vehicles IS A MAJOR PROBLEM CURRENTLY for all the manufacturers, not sure why other than no one wants to work anymore

So I put in my order on 7/31 for a 2022 2LT V6 and am at 1100. I know I shouldn't be expecting much movement yet but I noticed that the majority of people getting TPWs are ZL1 and SS orders. Is it possible that my order gets delayed or not prioritized since it's not a higher end model? Or should that not really matter?

Just this week the V6 motor went on constraint with a "TBD" as the duration for the constraint listed as a supplier issue unfortunately... I also think a lot more of the folks on here are ordering SS or ZL1 over the LT trim

I joined the club yesterday by entering an order for a 2SS M6 that should get submitted Tuesday. I was going to wait a couple of months to get my finances in proper shape to buy in October, but with the delays I decided to go now knowing I'd be lucky to have it by then.

I'm impatient and a compulsive order tracker even on small things, so this is going to be an interesting personal journey for me. Two things in my favor, though, is that I have a 2020 daily driver that I'm keeping so I don't NEED the car, and the longer it takes the more I will have to put down (and bank for the gas and tire fund).

That being said - hoping to join those of you lucky enough to get on the fast path!

I hope so too! I rode by the LGR plant today with other Camaro club members to see and updated some info we found out today in this link https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=595612
below in post #12 we got some pictures of the cars. It’s unbelievable! The sad part the Cadillac blackwings took a nice amount of allocation since they have been already paid for and worth a good margin for GM since it’s limited stock which is my belief. I seen a few of them sitting in the “chipped” lot. Hopefully next week Camaros will get to rolling but I wanted to share with you guys who been waiting for a few months. I am one month in on my order.

Does anyone know if it’s possible that my dealer just won’t get an allocation this year? Been waiting since May 5th.

People have told you to look elsewhere a number of times now and you want to continue with this liar dealer seriously, - because you think your getting a car for under MSRP … not sure why you continue to ask the same question that’s already been answered many, many, many times.- Just find another dealer - come on Man and one more thing looking at what "They" said they will supposedly order for you - you can't get red seat belts with the red interior it can't be built that way ...!!!

3-4 weeks is extremely optomistic. My 2021 has been built for quite a while and has been sitting there waiting for shipping for at least a month that I know of.

The only thing that may be different is if your car was built without chips and theirs if built after they restarted the line are only making cars with chips.

It is a little confusing with the chips. My dealer got 2 RST Tahoes. On the window sticker they both had just 2 options. The Sunroof $1595, and $50 (CREDIT) NOT EQUIPED WITH AUTO START/STOP FEATURE. I am guessing that is because of the chip shortage for this feature.

One of those rare occasions when you, the customer gets paid for an upgrade
