Modding Engine on 2021 ZL1 with 1300 miles on the Car
When I purchased the ZL1 new in Dec 2020 I immediately ordered a Corsa double X-pipe and the NPP axle-back exhaust. After waiting 4 months for Corsa to fill the order, they cancelled the double X-Pipe from fear of EPA raids. They did ship the NPP axle-back which I installed after some homework. I went to my local mod shop in the San Francisco East Bay area. I was on the hunt for someone to fabricate me a double X-Pipe. The second shop I went to said why don't you just put on long tube headers?
I thought about that for a couple of days and I go back to the second shop which has a stellar reputation on many of the forums. I start to talk to the guy and by the end of the conversation I am putting in a bigger cam, E85 and long tubes. We ordered all the parts in early May. He started on the car last Tuesday. It is all done except for the new supercharger belt that comes in Monday. Then, it is time to fire it up and put it on the dyno. I started with 550hp and I am hoping for over 700hp with these mods.

Cool. Hopefully you have enough headroom for the amount of E' it will take to make it worth it. That should be a fun car.
Good stuff.
