After telling my dealer I’d like to cancel and making my salesperson very angry I had the person in charge of ordering call me. He said they have only been given allocations for lower model camaros and he is waiting for one for a build similar to mine but that he has no eta. He explained that Chevy hasn’t been doing their “sold order process” since the pandemic. I asked him why I can’t atleast have an order number for the car to get to 1100 and while he insisted over and over that this does nothing I got it. He told me not to bother tracking or anything but here’s what I got. Don’t know if I got anywhere today but I guess I feel better? Idk.

I'm in the same boat. Rapid Blue is on constraint because it is a new color for Lansing.

Almost the same as my order but I have black interior, Convertible. Hopefully it won't be too Long of a wait.

You should feel good now. you made progress. You have the correct Order number now for tracking! Now if you randomly want to check the status of your order without bothering your sales man, you can go to chevrolet.com and ask for a status. It may not do much now but like Chevrolet told me its a start for you to get your car built.

Exactly! Feels good to atleast see a real order with my name attached to it and know that it is ready to go.

Just to clarify if you have an order already in and have a TPW for your ZL1 you are still good. Only new orders for ZL1’s have the constraints
