Forget the pulley unless porting blower, add a JMS low side booster instead.

If you’re keeping the OEM blower, I’d definitely have Kong port it.

I would take a very close look at what you are trying to do trackwise/any goals with the car.
By the time you port the blower, add weapon x heat exchangers and cordes ice box you will have spent similar/more money than a 2650 and selling the lt4. I would consider looking at larger supercharger and skip some of the cooling stuff or porting (or just do both) you will have much greater ability to grow but also have a more efficient setup. If you plan to go over 800 whp I would just go larger supercharger or centrifugal. |

This and pass on the heat exchanger. If you hot lap the car at the strip then keep the expansion tank on the list so you can add ice. Otherwise ditch that too and just get a bleed tool from Jannetty. Add a Katech 174 Tstat and ported TB to the list. Ported LT5 if you port the blower otherwise run a ported 87.

I'm in socal also, doing similar mods;
2" coated csp headers Rotofab 103 tb Ported blower Dsx flex fuel Jms booster Katech t stat Plugs and wires Adm coolant resevoir Catch can ( definitely needed, if you take off the supercharger there's plenty of oil on top and on the valves, even at 13k miles) Magnaflow x pipe Just got the headers on today. Don't plan on messing with any more fueling which is why I decided to stick with the stock blower. Shooting for around 680whp and will call it good. Might do c & r oil cooler and heat exchanger down the road, gonna see how she runs |
