Open style printers can definitely print ABS with factory extruder and a glass bed. I’ve printed half a roll of ABS and I’d guess over 30 items (some 11 hour print times) on Ender 3 Pro first version. Also went through 2-1/2 spoils of ABS on Ender 5 Plus also with no issues.

Wow, looks good.

Perhaps this is also the solution for the people with too big phones concerning the OEM wireless charging.

I think it is possible to integrate a wireless charger into your design.

I'm thinkin of a pad like this one:

Could you please upload a .stp file from your design? I guess a .stp is an universal file format. Then it is possible to modify your design.

We have open style printers where I work. If there is an issue related to it being open, we put a cardboard box over the printer. Problem solved.

Here is a version from the original that I stretched interior dimensions only on the phone side (after learning how to tweak a 3d model) and left the clip side alone.

Will hold Pixel 4 w/slim case very snug, little slop on length but close on width.

Here is my latest version for iPhone12 Pro Max + Otterbox Symmetry case that uses a Insignia charging pad I bought on sale at Bestbuy ($18 for 2). This is my first version with a charger and it needs some minor improvements, but it does work.

Here are the files (Solidworks, step, and stl). The phone pocket is .5" wide and 6.7" long. Print was done in PLA w/50% infill.

If anyone can print one of these for me, I would gladly purchase

I'm sick of either tossing the phone in the center console (which I then always forget when leaving the vehicle), taking up both cupholders with my phone or driving with the phone in my lap. This is a fantastic solution.

there are websites that you can upload the file to and let them print and ship it for you.
