Nobody really knows except GM. You might think that if they can complete some of the currently bayed cars and ship them they would, but there is no way to confirm that or to disprove it.

I would prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

That is more stable & TPW won’t change.

Nothing has been communicated - Regarding build schedules.
Therefore - I cannot guess either way.
