Thought we all might get a laugh about this. I had my local Ford dealer price me a Mach1 as I do like the car and was interested in buying. Their price included a 10k dealer mark so basically 78k including taxes and everything. I told them I had zero interest in paying a dealer mark up of any kind but they would not budge.

The cars price with mark was 73k, you can get a lot better cars for 73k.

LOL, yep but we cant keep them in our inventory. I swear anything with a Mustang name will sell its crazy. We've been selling a lot of GT500's with fat markups as well.

Its too bad Chevrolet just put the Camaro on the back burner rather than trying to build a better Camaro that the masses would love and buy.

There is nothing wrong with the Camaro except for the blind spots. The car overall is built and better quality than the Mustang and performs better.


It's more price point and such. They need to have the dealers carry more base model LT1s without being loaded up. Offer better rebates and a better price point for LT1 to compete with the base model mustang. A lt1 shouldnt be 43k

I agree 100%. No advertising either it's crazy. The Camaro is much more than a straight line vehicle. It's just as fast but stops and turns better than the other two brands.
