Color Match Splitter, mirrors and deck spoiler
I can't for the life of me find anything to fix scratches on these parts. I can't find any touch paint etc. Re-spraying and entire side mirror can't be the only option to fix small scratches can it?

Your not going to find a touch up kit for it. There's not really even a paint code. When I had my 1le, the best into I found was that it was basic black with a few coats of a matte or satin clear coat mix.
