Loud thunk from engine bay

So something really got me worried after I had gotten home today. My Camaro has been running fine and dandy without any problems for 3 months I have had it. However for the first time today, I had just parked my car and I had my door open right before I turned off the car. As I turned off the car, I heard a loud thunk coming from the engine bay. After I heard that, I turned on the car again after a couple seconds and it usually starts up right away, but this time it struggled a bit to start up. To try to recreate it I turned off the car again, but there was no sound and the car started right back up without any problems. Would anyone possibly know what this phenomenon is? Thank god I haven’t touched the engine with mods so at least it’ll be covered by warranty...(I looked into the engine bay an didn’t find anything out of the ordinary)

could be a 1000s things. I would start looking at bolts. Starting with the starter. But put a wrench on any bolt you can see. Do not crank on it, just make sure it feels tight.

I would check all the fluid levels and then take it to the dealership and tell them your concern. It’s under warranty as you said.

Being under warranty makes this a no brainer in my opinion. Let them deal with it
