zl1 to zl1 1le conversion bumper

the last owner of my car decided to curb the front splitter pretty bad, so I want to replace it, but I want to replace it with all zl1 1le stuff (I'm doing everything zl1 1le, not just the splitter)

I have the part numbers of what I think is all the components needed (bolts, clips, etc), but what I can't find, is quantity needed of each.

anyone that has done this (or anyone that would know), would you mind sharing how many of each you used of the not-so-obvious stuff such as the aforementioned bolts/clips/nuts/etc?

I appreciate any info you can give me, as I'm trying to make a definitive list (which I'll gladly share if no one has one already)

84335736 Spoiler
23329728 Deflector, left
23329729 Deflector, right
84244390 lower air dam deflector
23329726 dive plane left
23329727 dive plane right
84277492 fog light bezel left
84277493 fog light bezel right
84375811 lower grill
11610157 side bracket retainer nut
11609456 assembly screw
11547341 bumper step pad clip

so far this is what I have for the parts needed, feel free to correct any wrong numbers. I also noticed the fog light harnesses are different, is that needed? I know the 1le doesn't have fogs, so I could just have nothing connected there and seal up the connectors?

I’m in a similar boat. I think the prior owner went off-roading, lol. I’m not after the 1LE look, but wonder if I should replace the front splitter and maybe the side skirts in black gloss...just not sure if it’s worth replacing for a DD 8 month out of the year.

my end goal is the zle look, and rhino-lining the splitters, sideskirts, rear bumper difuser, and the zle stuff I'm replacing

I daily mine as well, 100% of the time. But I've only made that decision this year. sold my previous daily for the parking space

I went with the 1LE grilles for airflow but kept the fog lamps/etc for the side intakes. Had them paint matched Mosaic Black Metallic. I didnt want the airfoils and stuff because I dont have the 1LE spoiler and I dont want the drag. All airflow, neat half-way look and all fit great.

The 1LE parts are satin plastic vs the Mosaic Black painted ZL1 parts, so if you change the splitter/grilles/etc, the side skirts on your car and the ZL1 oem spoiler etc wont match fyi.

I am in the same exact boat as you FoundNemo, your car looks great! Honestly the lower grill really isn't that bad. The upper grill by far is the hardest part of the whole ordeal if you are just doing the grills and the splitter. I know from others the bezels end up being the worst but I'm sure the upper grill is a close second. Also look out for the plastic screws that use square bits on the energy absorber attached to the bumper itself, took me a minute to figure out why it wouldn't come off.

Thx FrostZ! It definitely was more of a PITA than I expected. The wiring harness being zip tied 20 times to the bumper didnt help either, but got her done in the end.

alright I've ordered all the pars except for the misc nuts and bolts. I'm waiting on confirmation on combined shipping (because I sure as hell ain't paying 4$ shipping on each bolt/nut needed).

once the parts arrive, I'll update my list and post it to the original post. much thanks to prometheus for his list and locations on what he ordered.
