It’s still all BS.

CO2 is simply not the devil it’s made out to be.

All this is like sleazy roofing contractor cold visiting your home & telling you that you need your shingles redone, then lies about why, then does the job for 5x’s more than it should cost.

The first part is a lie & the rest of it is just more fleecing.
CO2 is plant food-very beneficial to our environment. Follow the money and power...

I don't think people have a problem with EV. Multiple threads across multiple forums all have the same consensus that they don't want it Legislated and forced down their throat. Especially since in our situation, the U.S current power grid will need to be completely overhauled at tax payer expense. As it stands now you use more power via fossil fuel to charging your green vehicle than you prevent by using it so it completely negates using it. Other countries that have greener power sources it helps but it is just not the case for the U.S.

Not to mention how much power via fossil fuel it takes to dispose of lithium properly.

And here is a meme for some fun thought...

Not sure if I mentioned it in this thread before, but oil consumption is unlikely to go anywhere just by cutting a pipeline. People who oppose the pipelines probably also wouldn't bat an eye about how much plastic they use. People just like feeling good nowadays. That's all there is to it.

Just because you decided not to cook your own lunch, doesn't mean you now don't need food. Just means you are now getting it from a restaurant.

So the US has just switched from getting Canadian and US oil which are very much regulated(worked in the industry as an intern myself for a little bit) to oil that is produced and transported in more polluting manners.

But heh, who care about that? I get to be a good person who loves the planet by opposing the pipelines!

Sent from toaster or something
