Why 93-02? That is what lead the charge of the rebirth of the muscle car. one could argue the 2005 Mustang GT with the big power gain helped as well. Those late 90 Camaros and Trans Ams were underrated power wise. |

While they had great drivetrains. The rest of the car was meh. I had 3 of them. Everything from build quality always chasing down rattles, squeaks and breaking interior parts and the awful hatchback design. The only redeeming quality was that they were cheap thrills.

Well that's the thrill of it. Cheap and fast. I wish they'd build a 6th gen like that with cheaper interior just for speed. In a way that would be fun to have an F body with our kind of power. Certainly would "feel" faster as ours ride so smooth compared to those. |

My best one: 2016 Camaro 1LT, V6, M6.
My worst one: 2017 Camaro 2LT, V6 8 speed auto. I loved the car although the transmission shuddering doomed the car and was not repairable at the time and all it did was sit at the dealer, so I ditched the car. In between one: 2011 Camaro SS, 2LT, M6. Fun car- but strut trouble, poor visibility and 16 MPG light footed and with a tail wind.
