If they go into a decline it won't be because of the lack of a manual transmission. If anything the suv and truck market are going to drive down the sales of any of the sports cars being sold along with the sudden push for electric.

I always thought it quite odd as Caddy decided to enter the performance market when their heritage has been focused on luxury, but since Olds and Pontiac are dead I guess they had to pickup the slack since Buick has completely failed to step up to the plate. Luxury performance is not new to GM in general though because who here remembers....
