It takes maybe 15 minutes. It is totally reversible. The install directions really suck so don't count on them. It's so obvious that you really don't need them. I'll get a pic of the connections.

Does this allow activation of the pump for bleeding air?

It did not have a description explaining its function or importance.

Yes, it is a sealed system from the factory. This allows the owner to be able to burp the intercooler system and/or add fluid to the system without having to take the car into the dealership. It also provides a little more coolant, but that is minimal at best. It is something GM should have added to the car from the factory!!!

This also will help reduce power loss. Because when air gets in the system, it reduces power until the air is gone.
