Recaro seats
After hunting for a used 17/18 1LE for over 7 months, I finally just decided to buy a new LT1 with the recaro seat option. One thing i noticed on all of the 1LEs that i checked out was that the seat bolsters were showing some serious wear, and all of the cars had under 10K miles. Is there anything to do to protect my seats from ending up the same way? I have been searching for seat covers for them for a few days now without any luck, are seat covers for the recaros even made? I am an Engineer at a factory that has some pretty nasty processes, so I am also hoping to find a solution that will prevent the seats from collecting the smell off my work clothes. Anybody have any good ideas other than a towel/blanket?

I know I have Recaros, and in 5 months/7k, they have a wear mark already on the driver's side which I'm not too happy about.
And, no, this isn't a DD

Mine don't have wear but I am careful not to rub against the bolster when exiting/entering the car.

I’m trying to be as careful as possible and even slide the seat all the way back when getting out. It seems nearly impossible to not rub all over the edge on the seat bottom when trying to get out though. Hopefully they hold up better than I’m thinking they will and a little precaution will go a long way.
