ARH long system with Corsa NPP

Hello all,

Installed ARH longtubes with their non catted long system, got everything buttoned up but now my Corsa NPP which I had mated to stock mid pipes doesn’t fit. The OD/ID from ARH long system and Corsa inlet are the same. Anyone run into this? I still have my factory NPP exhaust but really would like to mate the Corsa. I’m thinking of going to a muffler shop and seeing if they can expand the inlet of the corsa.

If anyone has a solution to this, would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

if the corsa is stainless they cannot expand it. i'm sure an exhaust shop could figure it out.

I’d Butt them up to each other and run these in the correct size. They are awesome no leaks

Tried to butt them up and fabbed up some small pieces of pipe to go inside to match factory OD pipe but doesn’t work because now hangers on axle back is too far out. So narrowed it down to two options, trim ARH connection pipes, or have the ARH connection pipe expanded slightly. It’s not off by much so if they can expand the ID of ARH slightly it will slip right over the corsa. Will report back later today.

I ended up having the ARH connection pipes slightly expanded, it wasn't much at all needed in order to slip the corsa in.

Everything is buttoned up and ready to go. Waiting on remote tune, however at idle, the NPP really does quiet it down ALOT. This is 2" in ARH, Catless, full 3 in mid pipes all the way to the rear and Corsa NPP. In stealth it is very quiet still, almost as quiet as it was without headers, open, its much much louder but sounds good so far.
