My only recommendation is to get any size LTs as long as they are 2".

Agreed, its been proven time and again that 2" makes the most power. There's no advantage to using a smaller header. Some say the clearance is better with a 1 7/8" header but I would argue that any properly designed 2" header should not be an issue.

I'm running Kooks 2" headers without any clearance issues and they make great power.

I wonder if there any headers setups or options that retains the stock NPP note or offers a similar or quieter note preferably (Hush Puppies) headers to keep both police and neighbours happy.

Thanks in advance.
Complete Street Performance headers are amazing. Especially in conjunction with the Big boy LT4 cam.

Its the same or better with 2", been proven time and time again. 1 7/8" just makes less power period.

Wait? What?? What are you talking about? Who taught you this nonsense? If anything, you'll get more HP AND more TQ with 2" everywhere in the RPM band. There is absolutely no advantage to going with 1-7/8 besides fitment and even that isn't a thing.

2" CSP headers without cats. It's still very tame in stealth mode with the NPP and gets rowdy when you open them up. The headers were also a breeze to install.
