Fuse 51 Exhaust Keeps Blowing

Hi, per the title everytime I put in a new fuse to control the NPP valves (Fuse 51) it works for a bit until I pass 2k RPM's and then it blows. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

I would start with unplugging the actuators and see if the problem continues (wiring harness/BCM), if it's OK plug them back in one at a time and test again.

My guess right along the lines of @warrior102 is one or both are stuck. Once it’s energized that circuit is trying to close or open and since it can’t, it overheats and then pops the fuse
