Replaced my accelerator pedal.

A few weeks ago I threw a code. P2138 I think it was and it went into limp mode. Code indicated possible gas pedal fail I took my scanner and reset it to clear the code. It came back again after awhile. I reset it again and parked it. The next day I remove the Soler TC. The limp mode came back once more I reset it again and drove no problem for about a week but still Drove it to dealer as it still under extended warranty The dealer replaced the pedal and the first thing I notice is the slight lag is gone that the original pedals have that many complain about in fact I thought I may not even hook up the TC again. But I did get around to hooking it back up about a week later and now it feels like a cable throttle and feels like 10 more hp right off throttle. Mine is a stick so to handle that extra low end snap is a breeze. Have it set to just 2.3 and its perfect. The right off idle snap is responsive and corresponds immediately to foot input. A light touch of throttle is a light response, a slight blip and the throttle response correlates. The bottom line is the new pedal is a big improvement over the original. Have they been remapped for better response? Who knows. Maybe I just got lucky with a good one.
