Can't wait till the price comes down on that cover or someone makes one. Looks nice !
Crazy the cover is more than the intake. Whether its supply and demand or what it is still stupid

Picked mine up for $220. That’s pretty reasonable unless you want one of the fancy red painted ones.

Holy cow I just can't do it.
I'm gonna have to wait and see down the road what comes up.

That sucks. Happened to me while torquing my manifold to the proper spec. Had enough of the broken bolt sticking out of the head that I could tig weld a nut on top of it and backed it out with a wrench.

Me too. Red paint is cheap. Painting is fun. I don't mind the Corvette logo as we have a Corvette engine already. I am sure Atco will have queations. My LT2 IM is on the way. I am hoping to get into the 11s with it on my M6 LT1 with seats in. So far with tires and a Rotofab dry I ran 12.106@ 116.05. So close!!

The amount of time you must have spent "beautifying" that intake...

Thanks Mountain and 6spdhyperblue. lots of work, grind then grind some more over and over then sand, bondo rinse and repeat. Then prime paint. I hate body work. turned out good but not perfect.

Nice to see that with the fins sanded down it'll fit under the strut bar.

After my LT2 manifold install I never noticed any significant difference and my target AFR was still good at WOT.
Totally makes sense to me, kinda what the MAF is for.
