I used it with my recent autocross runs and the gps is off from each run by quite bit :-(
I was hoping to have overlays to compare to. Perhaps it's better on an actual track.

For data nerds (like me) you can dive way deeper than standard Cosworth Toolbox.
Cosworth Pi Toolbox will give you so much more. Pi, most certainly takes some effort and additional research, but IMHO the plethora of data and info that is available is well worth the time invested. https://www.cosworth.com/products/toolbox/

The app has the basic functionality of the PC software, but takes longer due to transferring the data twice.

Is that AliveDrive or cosworth?
Also, you guys may can answer this...i recorded 2 sessions last week. I forgot to set the finish line in the other and it’s just an 18 minute long vid, doesn’t break it into laps for me. However, on the app it appears GPS identifies the starting line. Do i just have to remember to set the starting line in the PDR or am i missing something in cosworth? Thanks for this info fellas, the cosworth data is cool as hell! |

Here's a snapshot. Once video is loaded, go to "Corners", then "Chart". This is a snapshot referenced to T8 at Road Atlanta. Its fascinating to me that the Front end stays flat/drops a bit, and rear climbs the faster the car goes. Obviously terrain plays a role, but speaks to aero effectiveness of a rear wing.

I make a folder on the card with subfolders with the track name and the correct map.gpx file. You can just paste the map.gpx into the root directory before your track day. This ensures that you can do lap comparisons without a moving finish line.

Solid advice right there. Got a new trick to try. I assumed sub folders would mess with it somehow...but I never wanted to risk trying. Good to know.

Perhaps we can get a consensus & verify this in their logs as to ascertain if this is an anomaly or an existing condition with all ZL1’s/1LE’s? |

I don’t think you’ll get the data - ZLE’s don’t have ride height sensors AFAIK. Only way to tripe determine is to find a Zl1 w/ ZLE aero.

You should only have to mark it once and it’ll remain on the card until overwritten. Don’t mark it in pit lane, needs to be on the course to trip lap times.
