So, I added a pulley and a tune to my 2018 Zl1

Hi All. I just wanted to share. I already had a rotofab and soler PTB installed for the base tune of 566 rwhp. With the 2.3 upper pulley added with a tune, it reached 609 which I am very happy with. That is an increase of 43hp and the torque went up by 83.

Those are good numbers with minimal mods.
I’d be happy with that.
For now.
Lol.

That thing needs some 100 octane. Would easily push 25-35 hp higher.

Nice! The increase in HP and torque are in the fat part of the dyno curve, right where you want it!

Did you get a bone stock number before any of the mods?

The 2.3s make some decent power for a quick pulley swap. Wait till you get it ported.

Just fyi, my car put down 557whp and 575wtq SAE in 7th on my 2019 A10 ZL1. Just re-dyno'd and made 612whp and 631wtq SAE in 7th on the same dyno (8 degrees cooler).

Only mods are a resonated 3" muffler/crimp delete, removed snow ingestion cover by the airbox, 19" wheels and tires (47lbs lighter total across all four corners) and 100 octane gas. Stock tune, stock intake, stock TB, stock blower, stock cats, stock x pipe (until the crimped section in the back) etc.

My point being, these cars do incredibly well on high octane even untuned. You'll likely gain another 25-35whp easy on the current setup with 100+ octane or E85/flex setup if you choose to join the dark side. Awesome numbers on 93 pump either way!

Nice gains, but it's leaning over up top for sure.
