Remember everything is slow right now, be patient. . .or pay more and get it from someone that ships today. |

I ordered some axles from a different seller. Well after 7 weeks the seller nor I could get a deadline from the manufacturer. I canceled my order and ordered another set of axles using the same seller but different brand/supplier. I received my new axles in less than 2 weeks. Sometimes these things happen. I will say tho that the seller was in contact with me every few days about the situation.

Placed an order with Juiced on August 21st. A week later still no shipping confirmation.
Today I finally got the shipping confirmation after messaging seller on the forum and asking to cancel the order and refund my money: I noted shipping label was created on the 28th, so a week after placing the order. I think with due consideration of the possible shipping delays in this climate and/or manufacturers dependencies , it may be good to inform customers of the expected shipping times from the time order is placed for the relevant items purchased. This will set realistic expectations and avoid annoyances. |

Any company who can't keep their customers informed is simply bullshit. Sick and tired of people making excuses for sub par customer service. It doesnt take more than a few minutes to call or email with an update. If they lack the people to do this then they need to hire enough until they can offer satisfactory customer service.
Covid or not has nothing to do with it.

Price was right but customer service is less than idea. When their responses are: "I'm told they will be in next" and "it SHOULD ship tomorrow"......it's red flags to me.
I would 10/10 times rather have paid more and received my merchandise in a timely fashion from a vendor that stocks the parts they sell. Covid might affect the supply chain but it certainly doesn't prevent up front and prompt communication with your customers. Juiced has humped the dog on bothaccounts, at least with me. Live and Learn. |
