Trying to price out a build.

I’ve got a 2018 ss and I’m torn between either going all in on a boosted setup with meth or just keep it simple with a big cam headers and flex fuel. Do any of you guys have any figures you could message me? I don’t mind shipping the car out of state either for the right shop. Thanks again.

If you do a big cam your gonna need a stall converter. Big cams don't like stock converters. You can probably do E85, long tubes, no cats, Rotofab and tune. Probably see about 460-470 at the wheels.

Meth isn't needed to outdo a cam and headers. I run 93 on my DD 5.3 work truck. Drivability has been awesome for 45k miles since I installed a blower. Except for 2.9 Whipple it's bone stock as factory. Should've come that way from GM imho. Ran 8.25 1/8 @ 5050 race weight 1st time out on Whipple tune. Sam's tune really picked it up so should be much better now. My weekend truck is getting Trick twins shortly. Will at some point likely see 20 lbs. May be obvious I'm a boost fan for whatever the purpose. I vote boost.

Shouldn't the first question be what he wants to do? And where he wants to end up?
Especially since 460 isn't gonna cut it. I mean do you want 500 or 1000?and to do what with it?

If your goal is 600 wheel.

Cam kit
blower (doesnt matter which type or style).
Full exhaust

Shouldnt need meth or crazy build for 600 hp.
