Modifying factory exhaust.
So i have a Borla 60606 kit(bought while i could find one) i have an A8 and i am not ready to program the computer to turn off the Afm function.
The question is has anyone tried using the front half of the 60606 cat delete pipes and mate it right before the x pipe. The picture shows factory(non afm i know but still shows what i need to show) and the 60606 side by side and it looks like you could just cut a bit before the factory x pipe expand the factory pipe and slip the straight pipes right in. I know its weird but has anyone tried this. |

A RANGE MODULE will disable the A8 v8>v4 AFM and not effect your warranty as it leaves no trace in the computer. It simply plugs into the OBDII port.
https://www.rangetechnology.com/ I happen to have one in the classifieds. |
