Another obstacle the owner is up against is financing. New cars almost always qualify for a lower rate. This has to be taken into consideration when pricing.
Selling a high value used car is like ripping off a band aid. You might as well rip it off all at once at get the pain over and done with. Lose more than you planned but the insurance, tags, maintenance, depreciation and taking up storage space is gone as well.

$60K is not going to happen. $55-56k is likely best case. The longer you hold it, the lower it goes.

Bought a brand new ZLE A10 for $61K last December. End of year prices will drop significantly from current.

If you get an offer for 55K (or higher), take it. That's what it's worth.

Keep it - finance what you owe (plenty of good deals) and buy the other house, too - you can afford it.
Is the other house an investment property? |

OP may be stretched too thin financially, is my guess. You wouldn't otherwise take a $10,000 bath on what's essentially a brand-new car.

I just sold mine for $51.5K, so the buyers are out there. I'd recommend using Craigslist and Autotrader/similar to expand your audience.
