Reliable autoshops in Washington for TQ/tuning work

I live in WA state and was looking for a good nearby performance shop that would complete both the TCM tune and aftermarket torque converter replacement??

There are plenty of shops willing to do the hardware swap however none were willing to do the necessary TCM tune.

Do you guys know any shops that specialize in after market performance work for GM cars that would accomodate this?
