Yeah, but it wasn't hurting, it was helping. While the computer can help with the time taken to design, mileage, aero, performance, etc. etc., it can't replace a god given gift of creative, artistic talent. You can still FEEL the passion and emotion that went into those older cars. Something GM has been lacking for a long time in my opinion.

That’s what I meant. Take away the federal mandates and let designers use their hands and you’ll usually get excellent results.
