This isn't his first car. He's been driving for over 3 years now. Hopefully like myself and others, he'll adapt to the car fairly quickly and be ok. My concern is him keeping his speed in check.

I agree that this car is TERRIBLE for seeing out to back out of a parking space.....I KNOW, as I have a 2011.....it's far worse vision than my '79 Vette......

I had a pickup with a camper shell mounted on it. Visibility in a Camaro is GREAT by comparison. I've also driven 18-wheelers and box trucks; you adapt and learn to use the mirrors.
