Any comments on using this with an RPM rollbar (plus a Hans device)? I too have the belts from when I still had my 2007 335i and I figure it might work well with the rollbar. (I'd like to keep the stock seats.)

2nd this.

I ran a QuickFitPro in my FocusST and it was awesome. When I got my 1LE, I contacted Schroth and asked about a compatible product. They said they didn't have anything for the 6th Gen and couldn't recommend any.

He then cautioned against using a product for another car that 'fit'. He said for it to be certified by Schroth they test front and rear mounting point strength, angle and then certify the OEM seat.

I put in a Schroth Rallye 4 belt just for use during AutoX.

For HPDE, it's the OEM belt and a Simpson Hybrid S.

For reference, here is the response from Schroth when I emailed them...

Unfortunately there are no plans currently to develop the Quickfit belts for Camaro. It all has to do with extensive seat back testing, vehicle measurements, etc that are needed to get approval as a “street legal harness” by the DOT specific to that vehicle.

Sorry, I wish we made this one for Camaro, as it is becoming one of the most popular track cars out there!

BTW - Savvy NASA tech inspectors are asking for the page showing certification for the car. That's in the installation instructions. There are no GM cars listed.

I have been using this since day one so far so good angle of the harnesses didn't seem that different than the other cars I have seen on their website and I can definitely understand why they would warn against it (as it's not tested, liability issues..etc)..

as I stated in my first post, "use it at your own risk" or don't even bother with aftermarket harnesses if you're happy with OEM seat belts..this post is intended for those who's considering these
